If you answered “yes” to the questions above, then we have a job for you! We’re entering the initial growth phase for our flagship product, Keys for Dating. We’re looking for someone well versed in B2C product management with a heavy focus on making data driven decisions.

What you’ll do:

Feature-y things
Assist in building the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives.
・Use new and existing customer data to identify North Star KPIs.
・Prioritize ruthlessly, maintain laser focus on moving KPIs, hold the team accountable for reaching milestones.
・Gather and manage product feedback through user interviews, surveys, concept testing, and analytics tools.
・Cross-validate user feedback with user data to inform product decisions.
・Build AI-powered systems the likes of which the world has never seen.

Growth-y things
・Develop hypotheses, design A/B tests, review data, and iterate on findings to optimize conversions and retention.
・Oversee building product-led growth systems end-to-end.
・Be part of creating an entirely new genre of AI-powered chats.

We’re looking for someone with:

・Demonstrated experience building feedback & growth loops, product-led growth systems, and 10X’ing KPIs
・Experience using analytics tools (i.e. Mixpanel), data visualization tools, and attribution software. The more the better.
・A customer-centric point of view that puts the customer at the center of every product decision and never loses touch with the customer’s pain points.

Initiative and exploration are highly valued. We're looking for talented people that are excited to think of cool things they'd like to do and then do them without asking. We are not looking for skilled individuals who wait to be told what to do. We don’t care where you went to school. About the Role:

Job Type: Full-time, flexible hours
Location: 100% remote
Salary: 100k - 140k (by skills and experience, not location)

Management and Structure:

At Keys, everyone owns their projects from beginning to end. Whether or not you see yourself as a leader right now, you will be, and all of your contributions will be valued, whether they’re code, other technical contributions, communications, or community-building. Instead of direct managers, we work together on the team as individual contributors. There are clear escalation paths for problems, but most of the time you’ll have a mentor who already has the skills you’re most interested in building or expanding.
